Our Foundation relies on the work of volunteers to help us in all aspects of our programs. Volunteers gain valuable work experience and at the same time take pride in the fact that they are helping to improve health programs and services in Central Newfoundland. 

There are many ways you can volunteer your time. Whether it be helping us at organizing a special events, or lending a helping hand in performing administrative duties during regular office hours, volunteers are the backbone of our organization.
