Turning Interest Into Action
Our registered charity was formed in 1983 to help build healthier communities. Our office is located within the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor. We serve individuals and families accessing the healthcare services of Central Health throughout the central and south coast regions of the island of Newfoundland.

OUR FACILITIES
OUR REGION
The South and Central Health Foundation serves individuals living through the southern and central areas of the island of Newfoundland. We cover a geographic area of 35,260 square kilometers from Baie Verte to Lewisporte, Harbour Breton, Buchans through to Grand Falls-Windsor and all points in between. We serve the needs of approximately 60,000 individuals living in over 90 communities.

Our Foundation does not rent, sell or share its donor list with any other organization. Our donor’s personal information is used for receipting purposes and CRA regulations regarding the issuing of charitable receipts. From time to time our Foundation will mail newsletters or information on upcoming events and health program and service needs to our donors.
