COOKBOOK FUNDRAISER
The South and Central Health Foundation and the Central Northeast Health Foundation have partnered with Aramark Canada to publish a recipe book capturing treasured family recipes passed down through generations!
The cookbook, titled From the Heart of Central: Family Favorite Recipes, is a fundraising initiative, with proceeds going to fund medical equipment and services at healthcare facilities throughout Central Newfoundland .
The cookbook features 192 recipes submitted by individuals living in our region – some are residents of our long term care homes. There are also a few special recipes submitted by our new Ukrainian residents. There is a real mix from family meals, through to cakes and bakes, so something for everyone. We all know with cookbooks that recipes are passed down from generation to generation. This cookbook, we hope, will have longevity as well as being a keepsake by those who have submitted their family or favourite recipes, and to those who may receive it as a gift.

The cookbook is selling for $20 (taxes in) and comes with a FREE GIFT with purchase (a measuring cup and spoon set). The cookbook is on sale now at the South and Central Health Foundation office. We accept cash, cheque, debit or credit card as payment. (NO e-transfers available)
